What is the Cancellation, Return, & Refund Policy?

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel any time. While we don’t provide refunds, our policy is to allow members to cancel at the end of each billing month. Our policy is independent of any statutory rights that you may have under the law.

  • If you cancel your Survive Cyber offering, your Survive Cyber account will be closed when the paid membership period ends.

  • If you cancel, the membership will not automatically renew next month but your protection will continue for the remaining days in your existing (already paid for) term.

  • Please note that your cancellation and refund eligibility may differ when purchased from or billed through a third party (e.g. service provider, reseller, retailer, vendor, etc.).

Cancelling Your Membership

Exceptions to the Cancellation & Return Policy

  • The following purchases may not be eligible under the Cancellation Policy:

    1. Not For Resale (NFR) and complimentary software;

    2. Certain purchases completed by a third party (e.g., service provider, reseller, retailer, vendor, etc.);

    3. Repeat purchases of the same Survive Cyber offering that was previously refunded;

    4. Consulting services outside of the scope of the monthly subscription fee.
